Welcome to Tradex Global Portal LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and all related services available through our website, mobile applications, or any associated digital interface.
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
TradeX operates on a Back-to-Back ordering model. All products are listed under the name TradeX. When a customer places an order, we purchase the product from our approved suppliers and arrange delivery through our authorized delivery partners. We do not pre-stock products or maintain any inventory.
Tradex operates in partnership with Jeni Al-Mesbah for E-Commerce, General Trade, Car Trade, Solar Panel Trade, Import and Export Limited, registered in Iraq – Baghdad – Hay Hattan – Sector 620 – Street 26 – Building No. 26/20 – 6th Floor, which is our authorized local partner in Iraq.
Jeni facilitates the import of products into Iraq on behalf of TradeX as the official importer, ensuring all shipments comply with applicable Iraqi laws. Once products arrive in Iraq, they are transferred to TradeX's and/or Jeni's authorized delivery partners to complete delivery to your shipping address. TradeX remains fully responsible for order management, fulfillment, and customer experience.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country of residence to use the Platform. By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed only after payment is received.
TradeX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You can cancel your order only before it is picked up by the authorized delivery partner.
Once the order is picked up by the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TradeX reserves the right to offer a refund, replacement, or partial credit at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to them.
